Website voice assistant

A voice assistant for your website.

Paste one line of HTML and a talk button appears in the corner of your site. A visitor presses it, allows the microphone and talks to your agent: about your product, your prices, their booking. There is no server of yours in between, and you choose which websites may use the button.

On a call.

What the caller hears and what happens behind it, step by step.

  1. A visitor presses the button and allows the microphone.
  2. The agent greets them and answers from its instructions and your documents.
  3. Live captions show what both sides said, if you want them on the page.
  4. The visitor hangs up, or the agent ends the call once they are done.

What you set up.

All of it in the studio, or through the API.

  • Call button. Switch it on for the agent in the studio and copy the line it gives you. It carries a key that can only start calls with that agent.
  • Allowed websites. List the sites that may use the button, so nobody else can put your agent on theirs.
  • Spending limits. A daily spending limit for the button and a cap on calls per visitor, so a public button cannot run up your bill.
  • Your own button. Prefer your own design? A small JavaScript API starts and ends calls and hands you the captions.

A brief to start from.

Paste it into the agent’s instructions and make it yours. The business in it is an example.

You are the voice of Pinewood Studio’s website. Help visitors understand the classes, the timetable and the prices, from the documents you have. Keep answers short and friendly. If someone wants to sign up, tell them the Join button is at the top of the page.

Questions.

Do I need a backend?

No. The button starts calls with a publishable key that can do nothing else. You need a backend only if you want to start calls from your own server instead.

Does it work on phones?

Yes, in mobile browsers. Browsers ask the visitor for the microphone on the first press.

Other things to build.

Give your agent a voice today.

Build one in the studio and talk to it in your browser. Sign-up credit is there for your first test calls.
