Lead qualification
An AI voice agent that qualifies leads.
A qualifying agent talks to visitors who want to know more: it asks your questions (budget, timeline, what they need), answers theirs from your documents, and when the call ends your server receives the transcript with your own lead ID, ready to go into your CRM.
On a call.
What the caller hears and what happens behind it, step by step.
- A visitor presses the talk button on your pricing or contact page.
- The agent asks your qualifying questions, one at a time, and answers theirs.
- When it has what it needs, it thanks them and says what happens next.
- The call ends; your server receives the transcript with the lead ID, page and campaign it attached when it started the call.
What you set up.
All of it in the studio, or through the API.
- Instructions. Your qualifying questions, in the order you want them asked, and what counts as a good fit.
- A call your server starts. The talk button can run a call your own server started, so the call carries your lead ID and campaign as metadata.
- Knowledge. Your product sheet and pricing, so the agent can answer as well as ask.
- Webhooks. The transcript and your metadata, delivered to the endpoint that writes to your CRM.
A brief to start from.
Paste it into the agent’s instructions and make it yours. The business in it is an example.
You talk to visitors on Northwind’s website who want to know more about its accounting software. Answer their questions from the documents you have. Ask, one at a time: how many people would use it, which tool they use today, and when they want to switch. Then thank them and say a specialist will email them within a day.

Questions.
Can it call leads on the phone?
Not yet. Today calls happen in a web page or an app; the visitor starts the conversation.
How do the answers reach my CRM?
Through a webhook: your server receives the transcript when the call ends, with the metadata it attached when it started the call, and writes it wherever you keep leads.
